TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please respect that this is a private property and is opened for public use as a community service. This is a not-for-profit initiative with all funds going toward the upkeep of the beautiful Chapel and the surrounds. Please remember to include your name and event date with the bank deposit so we are able to confirm that the payment received is for your event. If the balance is not paid when due, we reserve the right to cancel this booking. In the event of a cancellation for any reason, all amounts paid are non refundable.

Photography: Photography is only permitted within the immediate Chapel grounds.

• Any photographs taken are for private use only.
• Drone photography is only permitted if you obtain prior written approval.
• Photographs for public sale or display are prohibited unless otherwise agreed by the owners of Trenavin Chapel.
• Couples portraits can be arranged prior to written consent from the owner. Only the couple and their photographer are permitted.
• Please instruct your photographer accordingly.

Visitation and Rehearsal

• Visits to Trenavin Chapel prior to your event should not exceed three in number (including the initial visit and a wedding rehearsal if required)
• The wedding rehearsal is to be no more than one hour in length.
• Access to the property on the day of the event for florists etc. Is by appointment and prior arrangement only.

Other Terms

• No alcohol is permitted on the property without the prior consent of the owners of Trenavin Chapel.
• Children must be always under adult supervision
• Trees and fences must not be climbed.
• No dogs are allowed on the property except with the prior consent of the owners of Trenavin Chapel.
• The use of any form of transport (other than cars) on the property requires the prior approval of the owners of Trenavin Chapel. You must consult with us if you are considering using buses or stretch limousines.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
The owners of Trenavin Chapel accept no responsibility for poor weather, injury or death of any person or damage or destruction to any property of any person, except where due to the willful default of the owners of Trenavin Chapel. You are responsible for, and indemnify the owners of Trenavin Chapel against, any loss, liability, claim, costs or expense suffered or incurred by the owners of Trenavin Chapel or their agents as a result of (i) any damage to, or destruction of, any property of any person, including (without limitation) Trenavin Chapel, any furniture or fittings in the Chapel or of, Or to, any other building, fixtures, fittings, fencing, trees, flora or fauna or any other part of the property within which Trenavin Chapel is located, or (ii) any injury to, or death of, any person or animal, except where due to the willful default of the owners of Trenavin Chapel
